ILLNESS MITIGATION AND ENGAGEMENT POLICY (January 2026)
We're all grateful that the Covid pandemic is behind us. However, the spread of Covid, and other infectious disease and the risks associated with them for some in our community has not.
Wyldwood Sanctuary has always promoted communicable illness prevention and will continue to provide you with a safe, properly disinfected, and well-ventilated environment in which to heal.
Please read the following carefully before before arriving for your session.

I am fully vaccinated and boosted.

I wear a N95 mask during your session and on premise.

For your safety, I will reschedule your session If I feel ill or have been exposed to someone who has, or may have Covid, Flu, etc.

Two HEPA air purifiers run continuously in the studio, and whenever possible, I will open a window.
​

I follow the cleaning and disinfection protocols used in healthcare settings.

THE DAY BEFORE YOUR SESSION

Fill out the current health assessment form 24 hours before your appointment. A link to this form is in your check-in/appointment reminder email.

THE DAY OF YOUR SESSION

RESCHEDULE if you feel like you're coming down with something, feel ill, have a cold, flu, suspect Covid or have been exposed to someone who has or may have Covid or another communicable illness, do not come in - call me to reschedule or switch to a virtual session. Late/cancellation fees will be waived if you are ill or have been exposed. ​​

PAY BEFORE YOUR SESSION. Please pay for your session on-line before your appointment. There is a payment button in your check-in/reminder email that takes
you to a secure payment site. ​If you prefer to pay by cash or check, you can pay
when you come in for your session.

WEAR A MASK. Wearing a clean well-fitting face mask covering your nose and mouth
is required within the 770 Washington St. office building premises and for the duration
of your appointment. During a Covid or Flu surge please wear a fresh KN95 or N95
mask if possible. If you forget your mask, one will be provided.

Upon entering the studio, please sanitize or wash your hands. Hand sanitizer is provided.
