RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION

Life happens. If you need to cancel or make adjustments to your appointment, let me know as soon as you can so that others have the opportunity to be seen.

 

As a courtesy, appointment reminders are emailed two days prior to your appointment date. However, if I am unable to reach you, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time to avoid late arrival, missed appointment and cancellation fees.

If you need to reschedule or cancel:

Please call 508-377-3079, no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

 

  • Late notice will result in a 50% session fee charge (see IMPORTANT)

  • No-show charge is 100% of your session fee

IMPORTANT: If you feel like you're coming down with something, feel ill, have a cold, flu, suspect Covid or have been exposed to someone who has or may have Covid or another communicable illness, do not come in - call me to reschedule.  Cancellation fees will be waived.

Current Community Infectious Disease mitigation and engagement policies are provided in your hands-on appointment emails. 

WINTER WEATHER POLICY

If I need to close due to inclement weather, appointments scheduled for that day will be cancelled via email. Please check your email before venturing out for your appointment.

MEDICAL

 

I am committed to providing exceptional care to all of my clients. It's important to inform me of any change to your health, current illnesses, infections, and medication changes.

If you have a question on whether you should come in for your scheduled session, please call me, together we will determine the best course of action.

CONFIDENTIAL HEALTH HISTORY FORM

Please fill out and and submit your completed health history form prior to your first session. Contact me if you're having difficulty.

ALLERGY FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT

The office environment is and has always been allergy-friendly, kept exceptionally clean, fragrance and dust free.

​

Please refrain from wearing perfume or heavy fragrances to your session. Many clients including myself are sensitive or allergic.

PAYMENT

Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. I accept HSA and most major credit card payments. I cannot process insurance claims.

 

NEW CLIENTS: A credit card is required to hold your appointment. If you do not show up or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your credit card may be charged as noted above.

 

ON-LINE Sessions: Please pay for your session before your appointment using the button found in your check-in/reminder email. 

Sessions not paid in10 days, will automatically be charged to the credit card you supplied with your first appointment — and may be subject

to a $5.00 processing fee unless other arrangements have been made.

FSA/HSA

Wellness treatments, such as craniosacral therapy and restorative mind-bodywork — used for pain management, to treat injuries, and manage illness and stress-related conditions, may be covered by Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and reimbursed under Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). Check with your benefits administrator to see if there are any limitations specific to your plan. If you need a receipt to submit for reimbursement, please ask.
