RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION
Life happens. If you need to cancel or make adjustments to your appointment, let me know as soon as you can so that others have the opportunity to be seen.
As a courtesy, appointment reminders are emailed three days, prior to your appointment date. However, if I am unable to reach you, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time to avoid late arrival, missed appointments and cancellation fees.
If you need to reschedule or cancel:
Please call 508-377-3079, no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Late notice will result in a 50% session fee charge
No-show charge is 100% of your session fee
NOTE: If you feel like you're coming down with something, feel ill, have a cold or flu, please do not come in - call me to reschedule.
WINTER WEATHER POLICY
If I need to close due to inclement weather, appointments scheduled for that day will be cancelled via email. Please check your email before venturing out for your appointment.
I am committed to providing exceptional care to all of my clients. It's important to inform me of any change to your health, current illnesses, infections, skin ailments, and medication changes.
If you have a question on whether you should come in for your scheduled session, please call me, together we will determine the best course of action.
NEW CLIENT HISTORY FORM
To maximize your initial session time, download the new client history form, fill it out ahead of time, and bring it with you.
ALLERGY FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT
The office environment is allergy-friendly, kept exceptionally clean and dust free. HEPA vacuums and air purifiers are used and cleaning products are allergy and eco-friendly.
Please refrain from wearing perfume or heavy fragrances to your session. Many clients including myself are sensitive or allergic.
Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. Cash or check is preferred. However, I accept HSA and most major credit card payments.
I cannot process insurance claims.
NEW CLIENTS: A credit card is required to hold your appointment. If you do not show up or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your credit card may be charged as noted above.
ON-LINE Sessions: An invoice will be emailed the morning of your appointment. Please pay your invoice by credit card within 24 hours.
Invoices nor paid in10 days, will automatically be charged to the credit card you supplied with your first appointment — and may be subject
to a $5.00 processing fee unless other arrangements have been made.
Wellness treatments, such as craniosacral therapy and restorative mind-bodywork — used for pain management, to treat injuries, and manage illness and stress-related conditions, may be covered by Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and reimbursed under Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). Check with your benefits administrator to see if there are any limitations specific to your plan. If you need a receipt to submit for reimbursement, please ask.
