CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY

Craniosacral therapy Is a gentle, highly effective treatment that balances the nervous system, reduces stress, and enhances overall health. It is especially helpful for those with chronic pain conditions, or those who cannot tolerate physical pressure.

Provides effective relief for:

  • Fibromyalgia & other nervous system challenges

  • Vertigo

  • Neck and back pain

  • Headaches

  • Chronic depletion

  • Immune disorders

  • Anxiety & stress

  • TMJ dysfunction

  • Insomnia & fatigue

  • Depression

  • Post-traumatic stress disorder

  • Post-concussion syndrome

  • Physical & emotional trauma

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) involves gentle hands-on techniques that are applied to the whole body. The pressure used is generally not more than the weight of a nickel. When working with the head, these subtle maneuvers can release restrictions deep within the surrounding membranes of the brain and central nervous system. By reducing stress and tension within these physiological systems, CST encourages the body’s own self-healing energies to correct imbalances.

WHAT TO EXPECT

CST is performed fully clothed while you lay face up on a warm massage table in a safe and serene environment. Many clients feel very calm and often fall asleep. Some feel like they are moving through dream consciousness which can present moments of insight, emotional unwinding, and release.
