Simple steps you can take to squeeze in some self-care


All of us want to have a fulling and healthy life.

Yet, most of us compromise our health by ignoring self-care - or placing self-care last on our priority list. Routinely over-committing, overextending, and over-promising ourselves to the point of burnout or succumbing to poor health.

If this sounds familiar, or you have a hard time making room in your schedule to take care of yourself, this article shares some simple and easily actionable steps you can take to squeeze in some self-care.
